Fit Friday for March 24th

Whew! I think Summer is here a little early this year!

Here’s your Fit Friday for this week and a little help on how to count each exercise:

Level 2 Drill – Just one time through, this is basically a burpee with 8 Pushups and 8 Floor Sprints (total) in between

Lateral Drills – Count each time your hand touches the ground.

Pushup Jacks – Count each pushup.

Stance Jacks – Count each time your hand touches your foot.

Scissor Runs – Count each time your arm swings out.

Power Knees – Complete 30 on one side, then 30 on the other.

Mountain Climbers – Count each time your arm reaches up.

Switch Kicks – Count each kick.

Remember to warm up before you get into this highly intense cardio session! Take a cool down when you’re done. 😉
