Fit Friday for October 6th

It’s October, hooray! Hopefully this means cooler temps and the leaves changing colors. This heat and humidity are getting so old! 😛

You’ll remember all of these exercises from our Monday workout. You’re seeing how many you can do in 1 minute, then taking a little 20 second rest before going on to the next one. You’ll go for two rounds.
