Fit Friday for October 20th

For those of you running the Little Monsters 5K, are y’all excited about the race tomorrow?! 😀 Please don’t be nervous! You all have been running 5K’s for weeks in training, so this is going to be a piece of cake!

For today’s workout, it’s only going to take you 15 minutes. Go at your own pace and watch that form!
