Weekend Workout – March 16th

Happy Spring Break Everyone!

I know you are all probably getting tired of these exercises, however; you get better by doing them. When we get to the end of the month and it’s time to take your Fit Test again, you’ll be ready to smash your prior numbers!

You’re going as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. You’ll do great, I just know it!
