Hi there! I’m Casey…the one who makes you sweat and curse my name! Fitness has always been extremely important to me because I’ve seen firsthand how diet and exercise can change your life. For 15 years I worked in an office setting, with set job duties and the typical 8-5 work week. I never was truly happy with what I was doing, so after many sleepless nights and lots of moral support from my family and friends, I decided to quit my desk job and devote my time to helping others live a healthy lifestyle. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
I hold Certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition since 2011, along with a CPR/AED Certification through the American Heart Association.
My passions include yoga, group training, personal training & vertical fitness. I’d love to help you along your fitness journey!
