BOOTCAMPS

Group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort; they are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone.

Bootcamps provide social support for those taking part, and this provides a different environment for those who get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. Because they encompass a wide variety of fitness styles, such as high intensity interval training, stretching, running and resistance training to name a few, it provides an excellent total body workout!

$220 for 6-months, paid in full, or $45 a month with 6-month commitment.

Why a personal trainer?

Sometimes you just need a little help knowing where to start on your fitness journey. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, train for your first 5k, or need guidance on your diet and lifestyle…I can help!

The advantage of being a mobile trainer is that the choice is yours as to where you are most comfortable working out. When you’re not self-conscious about your surroundings, you are able to focus on and achieve your goals more easily.

If you prefer to have one-on-one training, then contact me today and let’s get you on the road to fitness!

$35.00 per session. Packages available based upon your current needs.

VERTICAL FITNESS

I tried vertical fitness once, and instantly fell in love! A workout that truly engages a wide range of muscle groups; I have found it to be the ultimate upper-body strength builder. Initially, you will learn the basics of pole, focusing primarily on strength and flexibility. Once you have established a good foundation, we will move on to more difficult spins and poses.

Vertical Fitness is what you make it, so, let loose and lets have some fun!

$20.00 per session.

YOGA

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing techniques, yoga postures and meditation. My yoga sessions offer you a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, with calming music and soothing essential oils to relax and enlighten you. Namaste!

$20.00 per session for up to 2 people.
