Holiday Fit Friday’s

I hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving!

For the remainder of the year, you will get to choose your Fit Friday workout. Set your timer for 15 minutes (or however much time you have to spend on your workout). Choose 5 exercises and complete 25 reps of each exercise. Continue cycling through those 25 reps of of 5 exercises until your time is up.

Try to pick different exercises each Friday to mix it up!

Fit Friday for November 17th


Happy Friday Campers!

Remember…no classes next week due to Thanksgiving. I hope you and your families have a blessed holiday, and that you take the time to reflect on all that you have to be thankful for. I am truly thankful and blessed to have the opportunity to be your coach. You are all very special to me! πŸ™‚ ❀


To get you ready for “Gobble til you Wobble” day, you’ll be repeating the same workout from Wednesday night, only without the sprints (unless you want to of course!).

Fit Friday for October 27th

I am SOOOOOO happy that we are finally getting some fall weather! It sure makes Bootcamp a little more tolerable.


Congratulations to the #GoalDiggers for running the Little Monsters 5K last weekend! I’m so proud of all the hard work you put into your training over these last few months. It was so awesome to see you all reach a goal of yours! Time to set a new one! πŸ˜€

For your Fit Friday, you determine how long it takes by how quickly you complete the exercises. It would be a nice day to do this one outside. Watch your form and have fun! ❀


Fit Friday for October 20th

For those of you running the Little Monsters 5K, are y’all excited about the race tomorrow?! πŸ˜€ Please don’t be nervous! You all have been running 5K’s for weeks in training, so this is going to be a piece of cake!

For today’s workout, it’s only going to take you 15 minutes. Go at your own pace and watch that form!

In honor of her special day, we’re doing a Birthday inspired Fit Friday. You’re only going 1 total round. You can split it up into as many rounds as you need to, to get all of the reps done.
